Our Progress to Date:

1) Land purchased – 2,200m² in the heart of our community in Nueva Gorgona

The property offers breathtaking mountain views and is ideally located right next to a farm, just off the main road in our neighborhood. From the moment we set foot on it, we knew - it was the perfect home for Tim’s Club.

2) Architectural plans complete

Our plans include spaces designed to foster inclusivity and interaction, with areas dedicated to education, recreation, and well-being.

3) Prepping the land & breaking ground

Firstly, we are fixing the road entrance, installing our drainage system and building our outdoor movement space.
