December Monthly Progress Report
Happy New Year! 🎉✨As we step into 2026, I want to pause for a moment and say the biggest thank you.
To every single person who donated, sent words of encouragement, shared Tim’s Club with their community, or quietly cheered us on from afar this past year – I am so grateful for you.
Thank you for being part of our journey and for believing in our vision to create a more supportive world for those with disabilities. I'm excited to share what December brought and what we’re working on next 💛
✏️ Re-imagined our monthly workshops for 2026
In December, we spent time re-imagining our monthly Tim’s Club virtual workshops – asking a simple but important question:
How can these sessions support you even better?
We've decided that rather than packing each month with a brand-new topic, these sessions will now be:
→ a consistent monthly space to help you track, refine, and grow your business throughout the year.
For 2026, we’ll meet live on Zoom on the first Monday of every month at 12pm ET (NYC time).
Each session will follow a familiar, grounding rhythm:
Review key numbers and overall progress
Reflect on what worked (and what didn’t) since last month
Identify simple, realistic tweaks to increase revenue
Set clear, focused priorities for the month ahead
Plus, I’ll share in real time what I’ve been testing and what’s working for me
Our hope is that this new structure provides deeper support, steady accountability, and sustainable growth – month after month – through 2026.

💛 Community Expansion
December was a really special month for Tim’s Club. I had the opportunity to meet SO many new people and share the vision behind Tim’s Club.
I was lucky to connect with individuals who genuinely care about inclusion, community, and creating meaningful opportunities for adults with autism and intellectual disabilities. Some of whom are even visiting Panama in January! I can't wait to give them a tour of the land and brainstorm even more ideas for how Tim’s Club can grow.
👷 A New Volunteer Joins Tim’s Club
In December, we were incredibly grateful to welcome a new volunteer to the Tim’s Club team.
Our neighbour, Walter, has generously offered his time and expertise. With a long career in construction and experience building multiple homes here in Panama, Walter will be supporting us as we move into the building phase of Tim’s Club 🛠️
Having someone with this level of hands-on knowledge involved is a huge gift. We believe Walter’s support will significantly reduce costs and help us navigate the build process with greater clarity and confidence.
We’re deeply thankful for his generosity and for the way this community continues to show up for us.
🗓️ What's Next
As we move into 2026, we’ll be working closely with Walter to carefully cost out each part of the Tim’s Club build. This includes reviewing and quoting individual line items so we can arrive at clear, realistic numbers for:
– The cafe
– The outdoor exercise structure
– Classrooms for art, music, and learning
We'll keep you informed as plans continue to take shape!
