January Monthly Progress Report

January has been a BIG month for Tim’s Club – and I’m so excited to finally share this update with you.

Thanks to your continued support, encouragement, and belief in what we’re building, we are officially moving forward and beginning the next phase of Tim’s Club 💛

Here’s what January brought…

🚜 We’re officially starting construction

This month marks a huge milestone – we are officially beginning work on the land.

Our first steps will be:

– Fixing and improving the entry road

– Installing the drainage system

– Beginning construction on our outdoor movement space

This outdoor movement space will be the first structure built on the property and will be used for gentle exercise, movement, and community gatherings. It’s something we’ve been dreaming about for a long time, and seeing it finally come to life feels incredibly special.

I’ll be sharing photos from the land so you can follow along as things start to take shape 👷‍♀️✨

🌿 Garden Party update

This year’s Tim’s Club Garden Party will be happening a little later than usual – and for a very exciting reason 🎉

We’ve decided to host the Garden Party on the Tim’s Club property, and we want everyone who attends to be able to truly experience the land in person.

Once our outdoor movement space is complete, we’ll be in touch with dates and details for this year’s Garden Party. We cannot wait to welcome you onto the land, show you what we’re building, and celebrate together 🌸

📊 Monthly workshops – a huge win

Our new monthly workshop format has been a huge success.

These sessions are helping our community stay accountable, focused, and intentional with their business goals – and the feedback has been incredibly encouraging.

💛 A personal note

Tim is currently here visiting us in Panama, and it’s been such a joy having him in the sunshine. 

Seeing how happy and relaxed he is here is a beautiful reminder of why we’re building Tim’s Club in Panama in the first place – a place where adults with autism and intellectual disabilities can thrive, spend time in nature, feel included, and truly belong.

We're so excited to welcome people onto the land, open the doors, and bring this vision to life.
