February Monthly Progress Report
February has been another exciting month for Tim’s Club – things are really starting to move forward on the land 🏞️
Here’s what February brought…
🚜🎉 Construction has officially started!
This is such an exciting moment!!
Over the past few weeks we have:
Secured the permits needed to begin building
Trimmed the three giant mango trees on the property
Installed the drainage system
Started building a fence along the open side of the property to secure the land
🪵 Our first structure is taking shape
Work has officially begun on our outdoor movement space, which will be the very first structure built at Tim’s Club.
This space will be used for:
gentle exercise
yoga and movement
community gatherings
programming for our members
It’s incredibly special to see the first structure of Tim’s Club starting to come to life.

📚 Looking ahead – classrooms
Our next major goal is funding the classrooms, which will allow us to run our day program, life skills workshops, and creative activities for the community.
We’ve been working behind the scenes to improve our fundraising materials and plan new initiatives that will help bring this space to life.
