July Monthly Progress Report
July was an exciting month at Tim’s Club.
After spending so much time focused on construction, we finally got to start using the space for what it was designed for: bringing people together.
Here’s what happened this month 👇
🧘 Our First Community Yoga Class
At the end of July, we hosted our very first community yoga class at Tim’s Club.
It was wonderful to see people enjoying the outdoor rancho for the first time, and we’re so grateful to everyone who came along to help us kick things off.
This is exactly what we hope Tim’s Club becomes: a place where people can come together to learn, move, connect, and enjoy being part of the community.
All proceeds from our community classes help fund future programs and opportunities for individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities.
We’re excited to keep things going with:
☯️ A Tai Chi class this week
🍕 A pizza-making event
🧘 Regular Friday yoga classes beginning August 14th
If you’re in Panama and would like to hear about upcoming classes and events, we’d love to have you in our community WhatsApp group.

💧 Water Issue Resolved
Earlier this year, we discovered that a nearby pipe was sending a significant amount of water onto the property.
I’m happy to share that the issue has now been resolved. It’s a huge relief and means we can continue improving the property without worrying about ongoing water damage.
A big thank you to everyone who helped make this happen.
❄️ Thank You, Debbie!
This month we also received a generous donation of two air conditioners for our classrooms.
A huge thank you to Debbie for thinking of Tim’s Club. They’ll make a big difference as we prepare the classrooms for future programs.
🎯 Our Focus for August
As we head into August, our priorities are:
✅ Continue building our community events and weekly classes
✅ Welcome more people to Tim’s Club through community events
✅ Continue fundraising to support the next stage of Tim’s Club
💛 Thank You
Every month, Tim’s Club feels a little more like the place we imagined.
Thank you for following along, supporting this project, and helping us create new opportunities for individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities.
We’re excited to share what’s next.
With gratitude,
Louise & team
