June Monthly Progress Report

June was a month of learning, regrouping, and taking some important steps forward at Tim’s Club 💛

🧘 Yoga for Every Body – Postponed, Not Cancelled!

This month we had a big decision to make. Our global fundraiser, Yoga for Every Body, was set to launch in June – but after reaching out to hundreds of yoga studios, we’d only heard back from one.

We could have called it quits, but instead we decided to give it more time. And we’re so glad we did. That one teacher who said yes? She raised over $1,000 from a single class 😯🎉

So, we’ve postponed the fundraiser to later this year, brought in extra help from our favourite non-profit consultant Christina Edwards, and are gearing up to reach even more studios and teachers worldwide. We’ll share the new date soon – and we’re more committed than ever to making this happen.

🌿 Behind-the-Scenes Momentum

We’ve been deep in some exciting (and slightly nerve-wracking!) negotiations this month. While nothing’s signed yet, we’re hopeful that we’ll have some big news to share soon. Every conversation like this brings us one step closer to building the inclusive space we’ve been dreaming about.

🎯 What We’re Working On

We’re preparing for a busy July as we take the next big steps toward construction. Our focus is on finalizing blueprints, and securing the partnerships and funding that will help us break ground.
