February Monthly Progress Report
February was an exciting month for Tim's Club, and we’re thrilled to share some exciting updates with you!
Land prep has begun! 👏
Now that we have our initial plans, it's time to start prepping the land for building!
In the past month, we've met with experts to discuss drainage, electricity, landscaping and more!
We even took the first step and got the dead trees taken down from the property. The excitement is real! 🥳
What's next ☀️
The first phase of our project is to create a welcoming cafe, a versatile programming room and a yoga/exercise space. Over the next month, we'll be focusing on finalizing detailed plans, obtaining the necessary permits, and preparing the land for construction.
