2024 Year-in-Review
What an extraordinary year 2024 has been for Tim's Club! As we reflect on the past twelve months, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible milestones we've reached together.

🏔️ Our most thrilling update:
Thanks to your support, we were able to purchase the stunning land for Tim's Club. The property, spanning 2,168 square meters, offers breathtaking mountain views and is ideally located right next to a farm, just off the main road in our neighborhood, Nueva Gorgona. From the moment we set foot on it, we knew - it was the perfect home for Tim’s Club.
🛠️ We've brought on board our architect, Nelly from Lachman Studio!
Nelly has already developed the layout for Tim's Club, featuring a welcoming cafe, an accessible pool, yoga space, multi-purpose rooms for our programming, and cozy casitas for families. In just a few short months, we'll have the completed construction documents and be ready to build!
🌸 Special Events & Community Connections:
We've been fortunate to deepen our ties with our local and global community, thanks to special events like our monthly virtual workshops and summer BBQ.
A highlight was our first in-person fundraiser, the Garden Party, which was a resounding success. We welcomed nearly 100 supporters whose enthusiasm and support were so encouraging, making us even more excited & confident about the impact Tim's Club will have on our community.
Looking Ahead to 2025:
With the land now secured, our focus shifts to the construction phase. We're excited to start building and bringing the full vision of Tim's Club to life.
☕️ Our biggest goal is to build and open the cafe in 2025. This space will not only provide a welcoming environment but also play a critical role in raising awareness, hosting part-time programming, and generating on-site revenue from day one. We are so excited to begin this phase and can't wait to share the moment we first break ground with you!
